Privacy notice

1. Controller

PRIME LOGISTICS, with offices at Residencial Palma Real, Saardi building, unit 6, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this site and the contact channels published on it.

2. What we collect

This is a static site with no database and no forms that send information to a server of ours. Specifically:

• The quote form stores nothing. The fields you complete are used solely to compose a message on your own device, which is then opened in WhatsApp or in your email client. You decide whether to send it.
• When you write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive whatever you choose to share: name, company, contact details and information about your cargo.
• Technical browsing data. The site is served from a content delivery network, which logs technical request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and availability purposes.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To provide the logistics and customs services you contract.
• To meet the legal, customs and accounting obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data for commercial purposes.

4. Who we share it with

Executing a shipment requires sharing certain information with third parties involved in the operation: carriers, airlines, truckers, origin correspondent agents, insurers and the competent customs and health authorities. Only what each party needs to perform its role is shared.

5. Cookies

This site sets no tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. It also loads no fonts or scripts from external servers: every asset is served from our own domain. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps and may set its own cookies; it is lazy-loaded and only if you reach that section.

6. Retention

Documentation relating to foreign trade operations is kept for the periods required by Honduran customs and tax rules. Commercial correspondence is kept for as long as the client relationship exists and for as long as needed to address any liabilities arising from it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, by writing to customerservice@primelogisticshn.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain the information.

8. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the document.
