Warehousing and consolidation

Origin warehouses worldwide where you can consolidate, segregate and pack your cargo before shipping it in a single move.

  • Segregation and packing
  • Inspection and photo report

What it involves

Buying from several suppliers in the same country and shipping each purchase separately multiplies freight, waybills and customs entries. Origin consolidation solves that: cargo is gathered at one warehouse, verified, packed and leaves as a single shipment under one declaration.

We give you access to warehouses in the world’s main origins. Your suppliers deliver there; we receive, count, photograph and confirm that what arrived is what you bought — before you pay international freight.

We also run the reverse operation: receiving a shipment in Honduras, deconsolidating it and distributing to different consignees or points of sale.

What’s included

What this service covers

01

Origin consolidation

Receipt of goods from multiple suppliers under one reference, with piece, weight and dimension control. One container, one freight, one entry.

02

Segregation and distribution

Deconsolidation at destination and separation by consignee, branch or product line, with scheduled delivery to each point.

03

Packing and palletising

Repacking for international transit, palletising, strapping, stretch film, corner protectors and marking. Proper packing is cheaper than an insurance claim.

04

Verification and inventory

Count against packing list, condition check and photo report before loading. If something is missing or damaged you find out at origin, not when opening the container.

How we work

How it runs, step by step

Warehousing and consolidation
  1. 01

    Reference assignment

We give you a warehouse address and code so your suppliers deliver under your name.

  2. 02

    Receipt and verification

Each delivery is received, counted and photographed. You get the report and the running cube.

  3. 03

    Consolidation and loading

When the volume justifies it, the container is stuffed and the transport document is issued.

  4. 04

    Shipping and clearance

The shipment sails under a single import declaration, simplifying clearance and cutting costs.

Frequently asked questions

About this service

All questions

How long can my cargo stay at the origin warehouse?

Typical free time is one to two weeks, enough to gather purchases from several suppliers. After that a rate per cubic metre or pallet applies, confirmed when the reference is opened.

Do you check the goods before shipping?

Yes. We count pieces against the packing list and check the outer condition of the packaging. If you need opening and content verification, it is arranged as an add-on and documented with photographs.
