Terms of use for this site and the scope of the information published on it.

1. Purpose
This site presents the services of PRIME LOGISTICS and acts as a contact channel with the company. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Published information
The site’s content, including the articles in the resources section, is informative and general in nature. Transit time ranges, cost examples and references to customs regulations are offered as guidance and do not constitute an offer, a quote, or binding legal, tax or customs advice. The rates, timelines and conditions applying to a specific operation are set solely in the corresponding formal quote.
3. Contracting services
No service is contracted through this site. The quote form only drafts a message that you send by WhatsApp or email. The contractual relationship is formalised through the accepted quote and, where applicable, the service agreement and the transport and customs mandate documents.
4. Liability
PRIME LOGISTICS works to keep the site’s information current and accurate, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or that it reflects the regulations in force at all times, which may change. No liability is assumed for commercial decisions taken solely on the basis of the content published here.
Liability arising from the actual provision of logistics and customs services is governed by what is agreed in each operation and by applicable law, including the liability limits of international transport conventions.
5. Intellectual property
The logo, trade name, texts and design of this site are the property of PRIME LOGISTICS or are used under licence. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written authorisation is not permitted. Photographs come from commercially licensed stock libraries and are illustrative.
6. External links
The site may link to third-party pages such as social networks or mapping services. PRIME LOGISTICS does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
7. Availability
The site is distributed through a content delivery network. Occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond the company’s control; these do not give rise to liability.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tegucigalpa, unless otherwise agreed in the service contract.
